Batch #5 - 2020 - Wild Red Fleshed Cider Fermented on Pomace
This is a very small experimental batch in which we fermented red fleshed apples on the pomace. Strong honey or mead aroma, with sour cherry and honey flavours and a longer tannic finish that dries the mouth. A slight funkiness makes this one quite interesting.
As with all of our ciders, this was made with untreated wild apples and contains no additional sugars, preservatives or sulphites.
