Batch #6 - 2020 - Sparkling Ciderkin
To make our Ciderkin, we rehydrate the pomace overnight, then re-press. The resulting juice is much lighter in sugars making a lower alcohol beverage. For those in the know; it is the 'piquette' of the cider world.
This batch is light and very sparkling, perfect for hot days or sharing on the patio.
As with all of our ciders, this was made with untreated wild apples and contains no additional sugars, preservatives or sulphites.
