2022 Batch 7 Wild Blend Sparkling Cider

Sparkling wild apple blend : 750 ml : 6.5% alc./vol.

This cider was made with a bend of a small portion of every batch pressed in 2022. Unsure of what to expect, we can honestly say we did not expect what we got. 

This is a dry, well-balanced cider that is clean and bright and finishes with a subtle lemon character.
