2022 Batch 11 Sparkling Cider

Barrel aged | Wild apple blend | 750 mL | 6.6% Alc./Vol.

This cider was made with two of our most noteworthy looking apples. Though the look of the apples say nothing of the flavour, as you can see in the photos, it's fun to know.

This one is quite dry, clean, well-balanced with some tannins which dry out the mouth. It's wine-like with some tart apple flavour and a nice robust mouthfeel.
