2022 Batch 4 Still Cider

Barrel Aged : Scrumpy : 750 ml : 6.5%alc./vol.

Barrel aged for 7 months, a still cider like this one feels a bit more like a wine experience than a typical cider experience.   This is a smooth, well balanced cider with a nice punch of acidity and tannins.  It’s nicely in line with a “farmhouse” or “scrumpy” style of cider as they call it in the United Kingdom.  

More of a slow sipping cider, it’s ideal to pair with a creamy or cheesy meal.
